Trans Day of Visibility

Today marks the 13th year that we recognize March 31st as Trans Day of Visibility. This is an annual awareness day celebrated around the world. The day is dedicated to celebrating the accomplishments of transgender and gender nonconforming people while raising awareness of the work that still needs to be done to achieve trans justice.

Stonewall Alliance is sending all our trans community folx love and success as we continue creating a united community where every person is respected, included, and engaged regardless of their race, religion, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression, or other identifiable characteristics.

REPOST from Trans YOUniting
Join us Thursday, March 31,2022 at the City-County building 414 Grant St. Trans YOUniting and a consortium of organizations we’ll come together to raise awareness about trans rights, trans youth rights, and the death of our trans people and much more. We will have speakers, light refreshments and food. We have to continue to amplify the voices of trans folks. We also need our allies to amplify the importance of our lives and our rights. We need everyone to share and support us while we are here. We need to have the space to celebrate ourselves and our community.
